Early in her career Slajda aligned herself with developers gaining access to the highly competitive preconstruction condo market during its peak. Her relationships led to the prestigious positions as Director of Sales for 300 Collins (developed by JMH Group & designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen) and 87 Park by Renzo Piano (developed by Terra). The projects were based in South Beach and Miami Beach, respectively, two of Miami’s most coveted zip codes.

Known for dedication, consistency and thoroughness, Kristie Ann brings 15+ years experience in the sales, hospitality and real estate industries with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business specialized in Marketing.

Her upbringing in the motel and construction businesses in NJ paired with her experience in the sales & hospitality industries, made for a smooth transition into real estate in 2014, quickly positioning herself as an expert & strong negotiator in the Miami Beach market. Working with Buyers & Sellers, Kristie Ann provides in-depth market data with her market knowledge to assist clients in making an informed decision on their next investment.

Yaquelin “Jackie” Vazquez graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Jackie works as the contract manager Sladja Stantic and her team. Once the contract is fully executed, Jackie comes in to ensure a smooth and successful closing. She functions as a liaison between the real estate agents, clients. lenders, title companies, and attorneys throughout the entire real estate transaction.
